We build web & mobile apps.
ENGR is a web and mobile app company in Ljubljana. We design and build apps for clients, and we run two products of our own.
We build apps for clients — and for ourselves.
Client work keeps us sharp; our own products keep us honest.
Building
We design and build web and mobile apps - for clients and for ourselves. The discipline is the same either way.
Client work
Company websites, online stores, and web and mobile apps, taken from the first conversation through to launch.
Our products
We run two of our own: anon.li, which we built, and pwn.guide, acquired in August 2026.
Operations
We keep running what we ship - customer support, content, releases, and technical maintenance. Nobody else answers for it.
What we build for clients.
Company websites, online stores, and web and mobile apps. We can take the work from the first conversation through design, development, and launch — the same people who build our own products will build yours.
How a project works.
We keep the process simple and show you the work as it develops. No big reveal at the end and no handoff between separate design and development teams.
- 01
Talk
You show us the business, the current site, and what is not working.
- 02
Plan
We decide which pages are needed, what they need to say, and how they should look.
- 03
Make
We design and build the site. You review real pages as the work moves forward.
- 04
Launch
We test the finished site, connect the domain and analytics, and put it live.
One we built. One we bought.
Client work is the day job; these two are ours. We built anon.li ourselves, and we acquired pwn.guide in 2026.
anon.li
A privacy toolkit we run as an open-source project. Aliases keep your real address out of other people's databases, files and form answers are end-to-end encrypted in your browser, and the server only ever stores ciphertext it cannot read.
Visit anon.lipwn.guide
A learning platform for ethical hacking. More than two hundred hands-on tutorials turn real attacks and fresh CVEs into step-by-step lessons, and full courses prepare you for the CompTIA Security+ and PenTest+ exams. Everything is written for authorised testing and defence.

He leads the design and development work, ships the client projects, and looks after ENGR's two products: anon.li and pwn.guide.

Tell us what you are making and where you are stuck - web, mobile, or both. If you are writing about anon.li or pwn.guide, say which one. It does not need to be a polished brief.
Prefer a form? Ours runs on anon.li Form - answers are encrypted in your browser before they reach us.
